Frogyspin Privacy Policy

Frogyspin is operated by Neroblanko Tech under Curaçao gaming licence OGL/2024/790/0272, with the agreement between us and our players governed by the law of Costa Rica. This policy sets out what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you as a player. Because our licence sits outside the United Kingdom, this policy is built on our own data-handling commitments and on the cross-border notices set out below rather than on UK GDPR.

What information we collect

We share data with our regulator on request, and with affiliated brands operated by Neroblanko Tech, including SpinSahara and Boomzino, where accounts or verification records are linked across the group. Data retention

We keep account, verification and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a further period after closure, in line with the AML and KYC recordkeeping obligations attached to our Curaçao licence. Technical and analytics data collected through cookies is kept for a shorter period tied to the purpose it was collected for. Where a longer retention period is required to resolve a dispute or investigation, we keep the relevant records until that matter is closed.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete. You can request erasure of your data, subject to the retention obligations described above. You can ask us to restrict processing or object to certain processing, including marketing. You can request a copy of your data in a portable format. You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence if you consider that we have not handled your data correctly.
